About Me: Movement for Every Body
With years of experience teaching at the YMCA and my local senior center, I have had the privilege of working with people of all ages and fitness levels. These years in the heart of my community have shaped my belief that wellness should be accessible, welcoming, and—most importantly—sustainable.
As an ISSA-Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Yoga and Tai Chi Teacher, I specialize in gentle movement with restorative health benefits. My mission is to help you move in a way that feels good today and supports your health for years to come.
Accessible & Inclusive Movement
I understand that every body is unique, and I pride myself on creating an environment where everyone feels successful. Whether you are a beginner or looking to adapt your practice to new physical needs, my classes offer:
Inclusive Instruction: I have extensive experience working with all fitness levels, ensuring no one is left behind.
A Focus on Modifications: I provide a wide range of modifications for every movement, allowing you to customize the practice to your comfort level.
Chair-Optional Support: Many of my classes are chair-optional, offering a stable and supportive way to experience the benefits of Yoga and Tai Chi without the need to get down on the floor.
By blending the flowing energy of Tai Chi with the restorative power of Yoga, I help my students improve their balance, reduce stress, and reclaim their mobility. I look forward to meeting you exactly where you are and moving together toward better health.
